YouTube Videos - Online versus Face-to-Face Training

Here are several YouTube videos on the topic of online/eLearning versus face to face training. My own belief is that it is difficult to say online learning is as effective as face-to-face learning or training.  There are many variables and factors to consider in determining effectiveness. However, understanding the differences between the two types of training can help you understand which is more suitable for use in specific situations.

• Face-to-face vs. online training with Bill and Hillary. These cartoon characters talk about considerations for both types of training. Some of the points raised in these cartoon-style videos, developed by the University of Texas at Tyler, do raise some interesting ideas on this topic.
